Flow
Cells:
The Flow Cell is a unique sensor designed for fluid particle counting and spectroscopy applications. Our designs offer a wide range of applications from contamination monitoring, as well as insitu monitoring to health care analysis. By integrating quartz or sapphire with stainless steel we have achieved tight tolerance and high pressures (up to 1000 psig) making it a resilient and durable product.
Since 2003, we have developed a series of Flow Cells to meet the diverse
applications of our customers. Our ability to supply flow cells with
different openings and different shim thicknesses
make our product one
of a kind. To make these products possible, one of our specialty is in
making small holes with high precision.
Optical Components:
We
manufacture wide variety of optical components such as lenses, windows,
mirrors, prisms, etc. We also make optical component holders and
positioners. Our skill and experience at working with bounded pieces of
metal and optical materials makes our product unique.
Blow
Molding Parts:
Blow molding parts are made of hard tool steel with tight tolerance. They are widely used in plastics industries for making bottles and containers.
